Eligibility/ Right to Refuse

All clients must be MEDICALLY CLEARED prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse if service is not deemed safe or appropriate

Refunds

All services are final sale. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds.

If you have any concerns, we are committed to working with you to achieve the best possible outcome.

Cancelation, Rescheduling, or No-Show

A cancelation, rescheduling, or no-show with LESS THAN 48 HOURS notice will result in a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit charge if a deposit was placed and a cancellation fee. New appointments will require another deposit placed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel PRIOR TO 48 HOURS, the deposit may be applied towards future appointments.

Please understand this policy is in place to protect the providers time and resources and we appreciate your understanding

Late Grace Period

We allow a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this may require rescheduling and will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows

Touch-Ups

It's highly encouraged to have a 2 week follow up after your visit. Touch ups on Botox or Xeomin are provided complimentary per policy if needed based on providers assessment.

Dermal fillers are not stored and kept for later use, there will be no touch up provided. If after 14 days more filler is needed, half syringe or full syringe will be available for purchase.
